For any problem or necessity inside the Theatre, please ask the Theatre staff.
The book of the Puccini Festival, with synopses and librettos of the performed operas, can be bought inside the Theatre on performance days. This publication can also be bought at the Ticket Office during opening times.
Cloakrooms are not available.
If you find any lost object inside the Theatre, please hand it to the Theatre staff. For lost objects please contact the Festival Main Offices, Piazzale Belvedere Puccini, 4, Torre del Lago Puccini.
Rules and regulations inside the theatre
It is forbidden to enter the Theatre hall once the performance has begun.
Spectators cannot get inside the Theatre hall with bottles, glass objects or any other blunt instrument which could hurt oneself or the others. For security reason the Theatre staff is authorized to confiscate any kind of object prohibited inside the Theatre.
Inside the Theatre photographs and any kind of sound and/or video recordings are forbidden.
Mobile telephones must be turned off before the beginning of the performance.
Pets are not allowed to enter the Theatre.
Smoking inside the Theatre is forbidden.
Disabled
Bearers of a physical disability in a wheel chair can get a free ticket to enter the Theatre. They can gain access to the Theatre hall through the gangway located on the right side of the foyer.

How to reach the theatre
The Theatre entrance is located in Piazzale Belvedere in Torre del Lago Puccini, on the shores of Massaciuccoli Lake.
The Ticket Office (Viale Puccini, 257) is a few steps from the Theatre entrance, next to parking places along the road leading to the lake.
By car:
Motorway GENOVA-LIVORNO A12, toll-exit Viareggio or Pisa Nord.
From Viareggio, highway South towards Pisa; from Pisa Nord, highway North towards Viareggio. Exit "Torre del Lago" and follow directions to "Festival Pucciniano".
By train:

By plane:
The nearest airports are "Galileo Galilei" International Airport in Pisa and Firenze – Peretola Airport.
